What we’ll be doing this month…

Networking time – A friendly and inspiring evening with plenty of time for you to meet and chat with other local business mums. The attendee list will be circulated in advance of the meeting so that you can familiarise yourself with who is coming to help you on the evening.

About our talk this month – Personal styling for mums in business and how to build your capsule wardrobe, with Fleur McCrone of Fine Styling, covering:

  • how important it is to dress with confidence, particularly when you’re working and what benefits this can give you personally and for your business
  • the importance of colour and how colour can impact how you look and feel
  • the 5 body shapes for women and some guidelines on dressing for these
  • how to shop with more success and therefore dress with confidence

Do you feel nervous about coming? If so, please don’t worry, I promise you won’t be the only one! And to make it easier for you, you’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes earlier than everyone else at 7.30 to settle in while it’s still quiet.

About our speaker:

Fleur is a graduate of the London College of Style. Now with 3 young children of her own, she knows what it’s like to juggle the demands of busy family life or a full time job and how carving out a bit of ‘me time’ can fall to the bottom of the list. She also understands that we go through various stages in our life where our style changes and it is not always easy to navigate this time smoothly and we can end up feeling a little bit lost, so is an expert at helping women overcome this to feel empowered, confident and happy.
